- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Graham crackers for dipping
- Fresh strawberries for dipping
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy
- Gradually add powdered sugar, cream, vanilla, and salt
- Whip until soft peaks form
- Melt chocolate chips with butter, brown sugar, and milk
- Layer cream mixture with chocolate and caramel swirls
- Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving
Notes
Can be made 2 days ahead. Store covered in refrigerator up to 5 days. Serve with graham crackers, fruit, or pretzels.
